Valley IT is a managed service provider for NZ businesses. We manage IT and cybersecurity on a fixed monthly fee and take service levels seriously in an industry where that is not always a given. When you book a call, you talk to Daniel. When something needs sorting, you reach someone who already knows your setup.
Why we started
The NZ MSP market has a service consistency problem. Many providers can keep basic IT running. Fewer can do it with fast response times and genuine technical depth. Fewer still think past the immediate problem to the longer-term technology decisions that actually affect how a business operates. That gap is what Valley IT was built to fill.
Valley IT has no commercial relationships with any software vendor. No referral fees from anyone. When we make a recommendation, it is based on what fits your business.
Most businesses have more in their technology than they are currently getting from it. Finding that and helping clients act on it is the part of the job Daniel finds most rewarding. Seeing what becomes possible for a business once the technology is actually working is why he does this.

Daniel started his IT career in customer service and built from there. He moved through account management and sales before running complex IT transformation projects across a range of businesses. That combination of technical depth and commercial experience is what he brings directly to Valley IT clients.
